    Horrible Customer Service. Long waits for basic McDonald’s food. This location is slow as hell and God forbid they get a big order in, they’ll most definitely mess it up.

    Modern and clean. However the tradeoff was a lack of personal customer care. If places like this are going to rely on tech there should be a dedicated customer service employee or means of getting service, a servoce bell perhaps? We had to wait with no means of getting anyone's attention to ask about accessing the restroom for our children as well as for napkins since there were no napkins dispensers in the dining room. Looked good inside and felt very clean, but as a customer this location was functionally lacking.

    The worst customer service ever, the staff is unprofessional and incompetent. I’ve been here three times and each time the employees have had an attitude & the food was stale or just plain sloppy. I’d rather drive a few miles farther than eat here. Lesson learned.

    This is the 3rd time I have been ripped off by this McDonald's. This particular time will be the last time I go here. I ordered a deluxe Mccrispy and had to wait extra long at the drive thru only for them to give me a flat mc chicken with no deluxe add-ons. I'm assuming they were out of chicken breast and cheaply substituted for mchicken instead of giving me something else of the same value. I'm a flexible person and communication goes a long way. All you had to do was ask for me to change my order or refund me the difference between the sandwiches. Instead I get ripped off. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO TO MCDONALDS NEAR RIVER ROAD

    We recently visited this newly opened McDonald’s and unfortunately experienced multiple issues that need immediate attention. My husband had previously received an incorrect order from this location, and during my visit, I encountered the same problem. I ordered five burgers (including Big Macs and the Arch Burger) along with a large fry. Although the order was repeated correctly at pickup, I discovered after returning home (less than a mile away) that the entire order was wrong—all items were chicken sandwiches. When I returned to the restaurant, the same vehicle was still waiting ahead of me, and inside there were numerous customers dealing with incorrect orders as well. This suggests a consistent problem with order accuracy rather than an isolated mistake. While one employee was polite, apologetic, and helpful in correcting the issue, the overall customer service—particularly from the manager—was concerning. The manager appeared overwhelmed and handled the situation unprofessionally, raising her voice to staff and showing little willingness to assist customers directly. I also observed elderly customers being told they could not order at the counter and were directed to use the kiosk, which did not feel appropriate or customer-focused, especially in the rude tone that was given. I understand that new locations can face challenges during opening, but accuracy, organization, and respectful customer service—especially from leadership—are essential. I hope to see improvements in these areas moving forward.
