  I ordered a MEDIUM thin mint frosty and received a SMALL right after they had the nerve to give me NO BACON on my jr BACON cheese burger. HELLO???? They did give me HELLA napkins tho???

  I placed a mobile order took me 15 minutes to get there when I got there he said oh that's going to be at least 10 minutes we just got the order I said I have a computer it's called my phone it does not lie he said whatever I said goodbye

  Double check your food before you drive away if you are going through the drive through. Ordered a Dave’s double meal last night only to receive a Dave’s single with fries that were warm, not hot. Burger felt like it was just slapped together and served. Girl at the window was rolled her eyes and took deep breath cause I used the Wendy’s app for a code. Almost like it was an inconvenience. Feel like maybe a 3 star is a little generous

  This Wendy’s is a decent fast food restaurant, and I’ve been coming here since I was a child. They offer a great variety of regular and value menu items. My longtime favorite is the chili with extra cheese, onions, hot sauce, and lots of crackers, along with the baked potatoes. All of them are pretty good. The store is generally clean. However, the bathrooms could use more consistent attention. The last few times I visited, they were not in great shape and were nearly out of toilet paper in all but one stall. Service is usually fairly quick. Lately, I have mostly been here to pick up delivery orders. The wait time is not terrible, but it could be better. That said, it could also be much worse. The main reason for my lower rating is customer interaction. I have social anxiety, and it can feel very uncomfortable when staff avoid eye contact or acknowledgment. When I make the effort to say a simple hello, it is usually to ease my own anxiety. When that greeting goes unreturned, it actually makes the situation feel more awkward. A quick smile or brief acknowledgment would go a long way in making customers feel welcome and at ease. Overall, this location offers good food and decent speed, but improving customer engagement would significantly improve the experience. :)
