Staff is extremely rude and incompetent.The food is poor and a fifth grader,Could run this establishment better than the current staff

I went to get food for my family and I, the women at the drive through with the short hair and lip piercings must have been having a bad day. Her customer service and manners were extremely poor and unprofessional. She had a nasty attitude taking my order, I didn’t wanna proceed with my placing my order and she made me feel very uncomfortable. When I got to the window she seemed bothered by having to customer service me and help me. I asked for a drink carrier, she says nothing, slams my drinks down and puts the drinks in the drink carrier and hands them to me. I still kept saying please and thank you and being polite to her but she would not shake her horrible attitude. Overall the worst experience I’ve had at a food chain restaurant, this location needs to seek better employees.
Drive thru was insane but assuming they were short staffed. To get onto the main road taking left out of the parking lot during peak traffic was also a headache. Food was good though even if it was a longer then usual wait. Price wasn't bad either for spent something like 35. For 4 people which today isn't the worst price for the amount of food we got.
Men's bathroom is NASTY. I was there two weeks in a row (both times on a Saturday) and the paper towel dispenser in the bathroom was busted both times, like, it's probably been broken (door wide open) for at least a week???????
If they can't clean the bathroom better than a grade of "nasty/F" then how can anyone be sure they care whatsoever about the food safety.
Get it together management! Come on!

I decided to treat myself to a frosty since I was in the area. I pulled up to order, and asked the girl if they still had the strawberry frosties, and she replied yes, so I oder a large strawberry frosty. I get up to the window, and she says its $4 +, almost $5, I dont remember the exact amount since she never gave me a receipt.I looked at her confused and and asked why is it so much? She said I ordered a large strawberry fusion. I said no, I specifically asked if you still had the strawberry FROSTY. Mind you, she's got an attitude the entire time. So I tell her I'll have the chocolate frosty instead since they dont have the strawberry anymore. The coworker behind her says he already made it, and she replies with whatever, who cares. I dont think her eyes could've rolled any farther back in her head, and gave me the dirtiest look with a couple of loud sighs. I only had enough money for the frosty, not the fusion. The whole experience was so disrespectful and disappointing. I definitely wont be returning.
