  I’m allergic to tomatoes and I said not tomatoes ant they still have me tomatoes even though it was on the screen no tomatoes now i can’t eat my 30$ food

  We were there for 35 minutes waiting for 1 quesadilla. Totally ignored the front room while prioritizing the drive thru. People had been there for over an hour wait for their order

  10/18/25 at 4:46PM , the big guy with the glasses that was working drive thru has terrible customer service. He's clearly mad at life and hates his job and hates people.

  This is my usual taco bell i stop at and never have had an issue. The women working drivethru (tuesday the 24th) took at least 5 minutes to begin to take my order. She started off rude as I gave her my order she started to try rushing me and not listening to what I was ordering. She kept asking to repeat my order while still missing items. Than when I reviewed the board and says that she missed an item she completed the order and told me to come to the window. I told her again she missing an item but refused to talk to me through the mic while I sat at the order board I pulled up to the window . I again told the gentlemen she missed an item on my order he went and talked to her and she came to the window and told me you are NOT allowed to add items at the window. That it is part of their policy. When I told her again multiple times before I even moved up to the window that she missed my item she became even more irritated and annoyed. I told her that she missed the order from the start and that this is extremely unprofessional to act like this. She shut the window on me and had other gentlemen finish my order. I told him i understand but if she orignally missed the item why is such a big deal he didnt have a response to my question. After all that when I finally got my food they added the missing item and charged me for it but I will not be returning to this facility again.
