The first order was for me to dine in and eat. No one announced my name. The app noted my order was ready. I stood waiting by the mobile order pickup section at the plexiglass, people were not looking over at me. I decided to take a peak and noticed my order was there. so I yelled “I’m grabbing my order”. One of the workers just looked at me and nodded “ok”. I ordered the Cantina Chicken crispy taco. 🌮 it was ok 😒 I placed a second mobile order to go for my husband. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and came back and waited again. No one called my name so I went again to the pickup section and noticed my order was there. I stood there and no one looked over so attempted to grab order and I yelled again “I got my order “. A male worker with glasses said “You need to call me to give it to you, you’re not allowed back here it’s considered trespassing “. I replied with sorry but no one is acknowledging I’m here that’s why I am grabbing my order. As I read through several of the reviews here. It appears that this is a common issue with this location. I don’t want to experience this again. I’ll go to two other locations that have been good with their mobile pickup orders.
