I want to start off by saying the guy with curly hair and glasses is extremely nice. I walked in and ordered food. Kaitlin (manager) made my three sandwiches and was visibly upset when I asked for the bacon to be cooked. She slapped the bacon on the piece of paper. Anyways I paid for the food and came home to bite into my sandwich and pull a blonde hair out of my mouth! For a second I thought maybe it was mine but then my daughter took a bite out of her sandwich and had hair in her food. Instantly I called and a nice gentleman answered and he had to keep relaying information to the manager because she didn’t want to handle the complaint. I said I want a refund and she said, I can’t do that the owners have to do it. She was extremely rude and kept talking over me and making excuses. She said the owners might call me tomorrow. She had attitude the entire time and when I told her she should have taken over my call instead of making the other employee go back and forth. She snapped at me and said “well I was busy”. She shouldn’t be a manager then. The only reason she talked to me is because I drove back in. I will be waiting for a call from the owner.

There’s literally only one person working night shifts and my order that’s supposed to take 10 minutes has been taking wayyy upwards of that. Nothing against the person working tonight, but definitely against the people who make the schedules and management that allow one person to deal with everything by themselves. Lots of others waiting in line too which is not a fun experience for anyone at least let the app tell you wait times are longer than usual or something subway.
