  Apparently they cant seem to figure out how to call a repairman to fix the ice cream machine that's been broken for the last 4 weeks. But if you call, they'll tell you it is working. Time to just get the ice cream from somewhere else.

  Literally waited a half hour for one burger and fries. Had to press the button to get the employees attention and then magically my food was out in 30 seconds. Then she swore it just came up and was hot. Food was cold and gross. There goes $20 and wasted calories on a crappy dinner

  Can't get the orders correct and don't care to fix them correctly. We handed food back several times and got home and it was still incorrect. They also just obviously entered whatever they wanted when taking the order. How hard is it to use your ears and listen?? I know now why this sonic is never busy.

  Horrible experience. Lots of fast food places always get plain burgers wrong so we specifically asked no sauces and no veggies could have sworn we heard the lady laugh so when we got our food there was sauce and veggies in it they also forgot our sauce for the French toast and no way to go back since I’m visiting from out of state this happened around 2:02 pm

  Ice cream machine is down on a Monday at 3pm? When ordering the incompetent worker states they don’t serve “sonic blasts” responding after our order “what is that” after explaining she wants to say the ice cream machine is down… STOP GIVING JOBS TO PEOPLE WHO DONT WANT TO WORK AND DONT KNOW HOW TO WORK.
