- CFChris FavertyDec 1, 20252.0I don't like leaving reviews like this but after a while it becomes a very annoying that they cannot get their iced coffee correct sometimes it is perfect and just like iced coffee should be full of flavor and a full dark color. Other times it tastes like water down coffee/tea. And then if you say anything about it half the time they get offended because they claim they make it the same way every time. But if that was true it would be the same every time. And it's not. And today is another day where it is all watered down and basically looks like slightly darkly tinted water and it tastes that way too. Come on Panera bread you can do better than this.

No apologies from the managers for the delays. People don’t have unlimited lunch times but I guess this Panera doesn’t care. Will never return.

I even come 5 minutes after the timing and STILL end up waiting 10-15 minutes after I get there. And, every third order or so, the order doesn't have the ingredients listed. (Eg. No cheese on the French onion soup). These issues may be specific to the Puyallup location since that's the only site I go to...we'll, went to. I think Ill choose a different pastries/lunch place for me and my team.

I opened the soup and there was one noodle in the bowl of soup with one piece of chicken and one carrot and the remainder was broth. I opened the soup to dump into my bread bowl and had two noodles, a few carrots and a piece of chicken. Needless to say, I was disappointed as this was supposed to be dinner, but all I got was broth. The quality of food was awful especially for the price they charge. I will never eat at Panera again.
