They had me waiting over 20 minutes for 1 chicken biscuit 😒 I dont know if they lack the staff to manage a McDonald's or they had to go find a chicken to put in the fryer. The food wasn't worth the price and the wait time.

Twice in a row order was wrong first time they lost my order and 2nd time i went inside after waiting half a hour for curbside and about 6 people waiting to be helped. Waited for like 10 more minutes with 6 people waiting and nobody came. If you’re gonna have low customer service then lower your prices comparable to the rest of the McDonald’s.

Everything was lukewarm and both sandwiches were completely wrong. People have bad days, but this just made me mad. Dont increase prices by 100% and still give low quality, mixed up orders. Tsk tsk

Now it's close to an hour waiting. Window lady was nice, she said for my time id get extra. I asked for two additional mcflurry. Also fresh hot food, not the food that had been sitting. The lady short hair and I think in Street clothes, gave me the food. She guaranteed that the food was fresh and hot. I think all she did was put hot fries on top of the one that sat. Then the nice lady came back with the two mcflurry, one large and one small. That's not fair who gets the small one later. I have to say I've had better experience from this mcdonalds. Now if the short hair lady would have given me fresh and hot food I would not be writing this.
