    Happy to say I think I’m finally free of the hold they had on me. Convenient because it was close, but after forgetting items including the sandwich one time of the combo meal, happy to say I won’t be coming here any more. They were never fast and it was actually faster to go to any of the other nearby locations rather than wait in line here. Now they only serve uber and door dash at night. Find alternatives!

    I made a $50 order in the drive thru and they forgot nuggets for 2 mc chicken meals and a whole mc chicken. Not going to this location or McDonald’s ever again very disappointed with this visit.

    If you’re charging $17 for breakfast muffins with egg, the absolute bare minimum is actually including the egg. When your “value” menu costs as much as a real restaurant, you don’t get to play dumb with the order. Forgetting the main ingredient at that price isn’t a mistake, it’s disrespect. Inflation didn’t break this. Carelessness did. Quit playing in our faces.

    Some random arrogant kid at front counter was being really rude and unfriendly. Found out his name is Ethan. Seems like the people do not wear name tags over there because they are scared of getting direct complaints.

    The food is hard to mess up so I'll leave it at that. The service and the atmosphere....where do I begin? Full disclosure...we ordered our fries well done so we expected a little extra time to get our order. BUT NOT 25 MINUTES!!! If the employees cared half as much about doing their job as they do shooting the breeze with their coworkers they would be amazing. As it is they don't care at all. We waited 25 minutes for our order and watched several orders that were placed after ours go out. When asked about what the issue was I got an incoherent line of excuses. As far as the atmosphere... No napkins where customers can get the.. Same with straws. Same with katsup. And only one register with no one really watching it. I hate this McDonald's with a passion.
