  It’s 9:00PM on a Wednesday and we placed an app order for curbside pick-up. Took over 12 mins and a visit to the dining room counter to ask where our food was. They said they were waiting for the fries but when we received them, they weren’t piping hot as you would expect when they are just out of the fryer. Ugh! They need more training on what “fast” food means.

  Worst McDonald's! Don't go here. They were partying and having a good time while I waited for them to take my drive through order... I actually had to call them on the phone before they took my order. Again don't go to this location! And they still got my order wrong! This place...

  Order was completely wrong I asked for a # 9 with no pickle and was given one cheese burger with only bun and patty nothing else went back in to correct it and waited 20 min to receive my order. The lady inside was amazing and sweet but the people doing the food part need work

  Fast Food or Psychological Experiment? You Decide. • 15-minute drive-through wait for food that arrived cold • Fries so cold they might as well have been stored with the ice machine • “Replacement” fries returned in under 60 seconds — same bag, same fries • Realization this wasn’t fast food, it was a bait-and-switch confidence test • What kind of owners are you ? Shameless • Prices higher than the Sumner McDonald’s for the same order I had an absolutely unacceptable experience at the newly opened McDonald's, and it’s reason enough for me not to return. We all waited 15 minutes in the drive-through, which is already ridiculous for fast food. When I finally reached the window, my food was cold—and the fries were ice cold. I asked for the fries to be replaced. The employee took the bag, walked around the corner, and less than 60 seconds later handed me the bag back. I checked the fries immediately and realized she had given me the exact same bag back, clearly trying to psych me out and hoping I wouldn’t notice. That is outright disrespectful. I called them out on it because I was not about to be treated like I’m stupid. When they refunded me, I noticed something even worse: the prices were over $5 higher than what I pay at the Sumner McDonald’s for the same order. Cold food, long waits, dishonest handling, and inflated pricing is an insane combination. New location or not, this place is already failing at the basics. There are plenty of McDonald’s that manage to serve hot food without playing games with customers. This one is not worth the time, money, or frustration. Avoid it.

  This is an absolutely Gorgeous Location. I love how clean and nice it is. The food was great and the service was great. Very fast and very convenient. I can do curbside, drive through, or come inside and use the kiosk machines which are also very smart and let me use my rewards points. I also love how this location is 24 hours which is super helpful in getting something to eat late at night. McDonald’s has continued to better themselves and their services. I’m very impressed. I didn’t interact with the staff as much because I went to the kiosk machine and prefer to do things on my own but when I received my food the service was very friendly and professional. I will be returning more often. Thank you for the great service and team.
