  Worst experience ever. I'm from a small town. I've never been to a Jimmy John's. So I didn't know how to order. Jared, the guy behind the counter treated me like I was stupid. To top everything off, the order was to go and he made my husband put our sandwiches in the to go bag. Would not recommend.

  3 workers were on shift, no one was in the restaurant and they had no other orders. I was not greeted. One female took my order. I asked for a little John and she thought I said big John. She was distracted. She also touched her nose and didn’t wash her hands. All the employees were gossiping about an employee who “allegedly” had heart problems. Another girl was working gossiping and distracting the male who was making my 3 sandwiches. He stopped while making them talking to them about their coworker. The second female handed me my order and got confused thinking my pickle was other sandwich. Since she was also distracted. Had to ask for napkins. Food was good. They could work on their customer service though.

  Customer service sucks. The employee gave no greeting, no welcome. Just stared at me and I was the one who said hello first.

  Very poor service due to not being helped or recognized in five minutes being in the business, so I left.
