I can’t remember the name of the girl who made our food but Kiara checked us out and I wanted to thank both of them for accommodating us and being so kind. I was disappointed to find out their pos system doesn’t allow us to tip. I didn’t have cash on me at the time and I really wanted to tip them. We came in 10/28 at 5:13 pm. Thank you to the employees! I hope you get a tipping system integrated into the pos system soon!

Today was my final straw. I ordered a veggie bowl that arrived with tons of chicken and a couple other ingredients, one of which I’m allergic to so I can’t even eat this. I attempted to call the store so the manager could maybe talk with their people about paying better attention to what ingredients are listed on the order, but you just get a robot. I would love to go in person and pick the order up myself, but since I drive semi, I can’t just pull in anywhere. Hopefully someone who has any kind of authority at this location will see this and teach their people how to read order tickets.

The app said my order was going to be ready at 11:40am. I park at 11:42am, use the restroom, the app says its delayed, I walk over to the counter to let them know I arrived and ask for my name and my order is ready. I pick it up, and the app at 11:50am still says my order is delayed.. it wasnt until 30 mind later, the app notified me my order was picked up. I don't know what the delay was, I wish the app was more up to date the status of my order.
