  Twice i have gotten hair in my food, once when I ordered from door dash and again a couple of weeks ago, I have waited to leave a review about this in hopes it could be handled properly by reaching out to customer support but after over a week of no response here I am. With a picture of the hair and the email that has been ignored This is the page I am directed to from the reply to my review

  There design team failed. To many hard serfaces lead to over whelming sound levels that can be easly solved. Add some sound deadening surfaces.

  Its a sports bar. Wings were mid. Over cooked mainly. Very dry chicken. I like all the tv screens. Many sports options to watch. Bartenders on point.

  I placed an online order at 4:45pm and set the pickup time for 7pm. I arrived at 7 and was told my order wasn't ready and it would be awhile I came 10 then 20 minutes later and was told my order wasn't ready. I waited until 7:45 to get my order, 3 whole hours after I placed it. I saw the receipt which was printed at 6:57pm, meaning my order was ready on time but they misplaced it for 45 minutes. My wings were totally cold when I received them, I left a complaint with the manager but I got nothing, she blamed it on the ordering system. Unacceptable service and no effort to make up for it, the placed seemed understaffed too so not only does it take forever to get the food but the workers have too many tasks to provide quality service. Wingstop has better wings that are ready on time with much better service, I cannot recommend this buffalo wild wings to anyone.

  Our Last and Final order at Puyallup BWW was similar to the other recent reviews. Placed a >$100 delivery order for 4 after a long two days working at a children's charity event. Delivered order was wrong, sauces were wrong, food was inadequate (boneless wings ARE NOT POPCORN CHICKEN), staff played dumb and rude and cheap when presented with their error. Did not offer to deliver a replacement, was not going to cover our delivery fees to replace the food from elsewhere. This store only has gotten two orders of six correct in the last year, they will not receive our business again. There's a reason that we ordered via delivery, we were exhausted after serving the underserved this week. It bears repeating: POPCORN CHICKEN IS NOT A STEALTH REPLACEMENT FOR BONELESS WINGS.
