The place is perfect for watching the games, drinking a cold beer, and now even cider, which is very good. The wings are always good. What I don't like so much is that they're always short-staffed, and since there are so many of us, sometimes they forget things. And when it comes to paying the bill, if you have the app, there's always some problem applying the Tuesday promo. But overall, I like it because the atmosphere is family-friendly, or if you're looking for a sporty atmosphere with friends, it's also great.

2 star review for placing an online order and being told it would be ready at 4:50. Here I am still waiting for my food at 5:10 over 20 minutes later and it's still not ready. I mean I enjoy the food but until you fix your online ordering system you deserve a poor rating.

Poor customer service from assistant manager Robert on Veterans Day
I visited the Buffalo Wild Wings in Puyallup on Veterans Day to take part in their promotion honoring veterans. I also upgraded my free offer to show appreciation and support the restaurant. However, when I asked for a to-go box for my leftovers, the assistant manager, Robert, refused to give me one.
I found this extremely disappointing and disrespectful, especially on a day meant to recognize and appreciate veterans. It’s basic customer service to provide a to-go box, particularly to someone who both qualified for the promotion and spent extra money there.
The way this situation was handled felt rude and dismissive. I’ve had good experiences at other Buffalo Wild Wings locations, but this kind of treatment from management makes me hesitant to return to the Puyallup location. I hope they take this feedback seriously and show better respect and courtesy to their customers—especially veterans.
First time ordering at this location. I ordered 2 of the buy one get one wings, the 15 pcs. Since it’s buy one get one, 1 order is 30 pc. I should’ve gotten 60 wings because I ordered 2x. Turns out, I am short not just a couple of wings, but 10 pcs of wings. Whoever did the packing, clearly didn’t count well. They put the sticker 25 (to label 25 pcs) but it’s only 20. You can see from the picture they put 5 pc each for the 4 flavors. I regret not checking because who knew. I have never had this problem with the other location I used to order from. Hey Buffalo Wild Wings Puyallup, you owe me 10 wings. To think I feel bad and gave some tip as well to the guy at the pick up order. Please train the kitchen staff to count right when packing to go orders. Not fair to be missing some food you paid for.
So we walked in immediately behind a group of 4 boys at around 4pm on a Sunday. They were seated in dining room. The hostess asked us how many in our party we said 2.
She she said, "Well you will have to wait until they (pointing at the boys she just seated) place orders and receive their drinks before I can sit you in the dining room." I was confused, I said there's at least 10 open tables in the dining room (2 were 2 tops) and you're saying we have to wait until the people before us get their drinks at their table before we can be seated?
She said yes, she would not be able to seat us until they were officially greeted, and that means that they have to receive the drinks that they order before we could be seated. I've been to B-Dubs a lot, by myself, with my wife, with large groups of people, and in several locations across the US. I have never heard of such a thing. If that is your policy, it's a stupid policy and it alienates your customers. And earns you a 1 star review. All the promotions you're trying, to get customers back in the door, how about just being respectful? I was ready to just walk right out, but my wife said let's just go sit at the bar.
Our waitress at the bar with spectacular.
Food was as expected. (Except)
I would NOT recommend the jumbo stuffed tots. They are a great I idea, but are literally caked in BBQ seasoning. A dusting would suffice. But it's all we could taste, very salty fake, thick, BBQ powder. I think lightly seasoned they would be fantastic. Again stay away from the jumbo tots, you'll get high blood pressure just looking at them.
Also is it just me or has the price on their wings gone through the roof?
