  Walking in to buy a $19 bowl when they were low on steak (got double protein half steak half chicken so steak wasn’t full serving), no grilled peppers, no cilantro lime sauce, and still up charge on the queso lol. This is why we go to Qdoba. How are yall out of everything 3 hours into opening. Waste of money

  We placed an online order for delivery, it was made incorrectly and the online assistance is absolutely trash!!!!! Just go into this location if theres a mistake, Alexia*** the manager on duty was very helpful and remade our order with no issues as well as giving us a complementary item, she was very nice and very helpful!

  I recently visited Chipotle and wanted to leave a review because of one amazing employee. It was pretty busy and a lot was going on, including some food needing to be cooked, so there was a bit of a wait. But despite all of that, she handled everything so professionally and kept a positive attitude the entire time. I didn’t catch her name, but her customer service skills were honestly perfect. She was patient, kind, and made sure everyone was taken care of without making anyone feel rushed or ignored. I’m currently pregnant, so I really appreciated her kindness and understanding it made a bigger difference than she probably realizes. It felt really good to experience someone who genuinely cares about customers, even during a stressful moment. Whoever she is, she deserves recognition!

  Ordered a meal and ended up finding a sticker from an avocado in a bite I took right after eating something else that was crunchy like a chip but tasted horrible. Really disappointed and probably won’t be eating from here again. Management needs to talk to the staff about quality control especially if you are serving food to the public. Absolutely horrible. Glad I didn’t choke

  We came in around 7 PM on Friday on a busy night—my wife, my sister, and I—ordering three adult meals and four kids’ meals. Right away, we were told they were out of meat and almost out of chicken, with only a little bit left. There was steak available, but an employee from the drive-thru came over and only gave about three small scoops total, which wasn’t even close to enough. The experience felt disorganized and frustrating from the start. If you’re running that low on core menu items, customers should be clearly informed before getting in line or ordering. It just felt like poor planning and communication. Overall, pretty disappointing service, especially for a family trying to get a full meal.
