- SLSua LeeMar 21, 20261.0Came in about 5pm today. I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle. As soon as I walked in, the floors were covered with food and napkins—there was barely a clean spot to step. The tables hadn’t been wiped down, and it was difficult to even find a place to sit. Trash cans were overflowing, which just added to the mess. Behind the counter, the staff appeared disorganized and disengaged. There didn’t seem to be any management present to guide or support them. The employee at the register showed no customer service skills and seemed completely uninterested. The food prep was also concerning—the employee handling the food was cross-contaminating by using utensils and hands improperly, even touching food directly off the rice scooper. The bathroom was just as bad—extremely dirty and clearly not being maintained. Overall, the cleanliness and lack of professionalism made it hard to trust that the food was being prepared safely. This experience was unacceptable and very off-putting.
