  The young lady who served us. Provided some of the worst service I ever received. I would have said nothing and let it slide. As I tipped her well for just the hard line of work she is in. Yet, not only was she rude to my wife and my guest. She didn’t offer any refills, see if we wanted any more drinks. Didn’t check up on us, and left us alone. I do not blame the location as every other time it has been wonderful, but if I see that server again, I’m asking for a different one. The reason I couldn’t let this go, and still have half a mind to go and talk to management about taking all my tip back after this. The bill was 118 and some change before tax. After tax it came out to 130.40. Even though the bill said tip was graded before tax. I decided to make the bill an even 160 despite the service. Tipping 29.60, but for some reason I see the charge on my card pending as 168.55 meaning the server took an additional 8.55 for what? The service was not great. I’ve been known to even tip half my bill in the past for great service. The Breana girl I believe her name was, was absolutely terrible. Avoid her at all cost!

  Domingo, 22 de marzo 04:45 pm, Ahora comprendo porque tiene 3 estrellas y media en calificación, si aun no dominas a la PERFECCIÓN el idioma por favor evita tener un dolor de cabeza y mejor ordena online, no pienses en poner un pie en sus instalaciones y correr con la mala fortuna de encontrarte con el paupérrimo servicio de el joven que posee la voz mas gruesa que jamás en tu vida hayas escuchado si leen esto en el restaurante obviamente van a saber quien es la persona de la que aqui se escribe, y para el joven le digo sino posees habilidades para el buen servicio, ni empatia por las demas personas no deberías estar trabajando donde debes tratar directamente con personas, tus gestos, movimientos y miradas de desprecio hacia nosotros con tu compañera aunque no dominamos muy bien el idioma esas situaciones si las sabemos diferenciar muy bien eso es un lenguaje universal. Por ultimo nos trajo a la mesa lo que se le antojo, lastimosamente mi esposa accidentalmente te dejo propina tú no merecías ni un centavo.

  This is my second time ordering carry out from this location, and to say the least not pleased. First time I ordered, was last year around June time, I got a 20 pc bone in wings with fries, those little suckers were DRY, absolute no flavor despite sauced up. Fries were soggy too. That’s when I decided I’m never ordering food from them. Then, this time, I decided I’m gonna give them grace and for it a second shot. To say the least, waste of my $20. I ordered a 20 pc boneless w/ fries and two sauces , good deal of $18.99 plus tax. Got there for time of pickup, food was ready worker was awesome and handed me the food that was made. Got home, tried a couple bites as you see in the photo, and it was not it. All the wings were small and just looked sad in that box occupying half the slots. EVERY wing was dry, sauce was barely tasteable besides the bbq, and what’s up with the small wing sizes? Are they rationing? It was hard to distinguish the flavors with the lack of sauce and seasoning. Fries, we’re soggy. To say the least, they make Wjngstop look like the premium chicken stop, very disappointed especially on the second time. To say the least, I’m loyally sticking by Wingstop that provides me consistently good quality food for the price.

  I just want to say I love coming to B Dubs and my first experience at this location. I came here to eat with my father and wife for the evening and the service was pleasant and received many “I’m sorry” for the wait and all which is always nice. As a food lover, I don’t mind waiting for food for a bit to receive it as a delicious dish- even if they have to re make it, as long as there’s communication in that. The point I’m getting here is the food I received could have been treated better. I am also a chef myself and understand what that takes. We ordered the appetizer platter which was delicious except the deep fried pickles (i picked out) were still a light color and soft as they could have been fried for another minute or so, I assumed it was rushed or didn’t matter? I also ordered 10 wings with celery and carrots. The wings itself looked interesting and also over cooked unfortunately, carrots seemed they were on the brink of being tossed bc they were almost slimy and the celery could’ve looked better. I looked over to my dad’s side salad and the tomatoes didn’t look fresh either. He mentioned his mushroom Swiss could’ve been better/ I didn’t get to try it though. As a leader myself in the kitchen, I just want to express details because I feel it is important to know in hopes it can be fixed for a better tomorrow and better service. I also noticed a sign by the kitchen about the loss of sales for certain foods from the week before- quality i do find more important than speed, especially in a sit down restaurant. We come back for the food and the service is a plus! It doesn’t make me want to come back if the food isn’t as good ya know? Not trying to sound like a Karen, just wanting to be honest. I wasn’t able to write this sooner, but I am now. I still took the food home and ate it because I like the establishment and i don’t want to waste what I paid for, I have hope for it to be better next time. I don’t want you to lose a customer.
