  This is my 3rd time having issues with this McDonalds. I take trips out to Spokane and a few weeks ago I ordered a coffee for my drive. On my drive out, it turns out the coffee was cold (not even warm), it must've been sitting there for many hours if not an entire day. I had to throw it out. Today, I didn't want to risk it, so I got a coffee from Starbucks and ordered a McChicken and large fries... On my drive, I realized they forgot to pack my McChicken... I'm Canadian, so that McChicken is like $10 CAD for me. I don't like leaving negative reviews but this is kind of ridiculous at this point. Another time I waited so long inside the McDonalds simply to ask for sauce... I counted 10 people working and no one would service me, all in their own world. I don't actually blame the staff, but management or regional management really needs to step up the training, heads up service and employee awareness. I will say that the girl serving me was kind and polite. I will continue to go to this McDonalds as there aren't many in Pullman and I love McDonalds, but I hope some form of management reads this and can correct this issue. I'd love to come back and leave a positive review for this location. Plus I'd love to get reimbursed for my McChicken.

  It's McDonalds, pretty much the same as any other McDonalds. Was clean and service was great.

  If youre going for McDonald's, this is the only one to trust in the Moscow/Pullman area. After multiple failed attempts at the two Moscow locations and the other Pullman location, we decided to give this one a try. Every time I've been to this location the staff is friendly and genuine, the order comes out quickly and accurately, and the food is always 🔥 and fresh! Whoever is running this place should give the others some pointers. Great job you guys. Absolutely worth the 20 min drive.

  Well it's McDonald's so you can't expect a whole lot for what you spend. I will say that having to order at the kiosk is very frustrating. I'm wondering why they even have cashiers and clerks because your kiosks are trying to do their job and it's not working my personal opinion is get rid of the kiosk and bring the people back in. I'll be more than happy to give it five star review if you get rid of the kiosk
