  Always incredibly rude and my order is always incorrect. I understand this is a tacobell in a college town so its gonna be busy but good lord how hard is it to read a screen….

  Whoever was working the pick-up orders on Saturday, February 7 at around 10:40 pm is so rude. I love going here usually. The staff is typically fast and SUPER nice, even at 2 am, which is why my husband and I choose to go here when we don’t cook at home, but idk why this guy had such little patience to EVERYONE. Even some of the other customers we overheard were shocked at how he seemed like he didn’t want to work/be there. I wasn’t able to catch the guy’s name and I wish I did. If he was having a bad day, I get it but please don’t take it out on customers.

  I ordered delivery for the Cinnabon things and they gave me churros instead, this has just made a bad day worse. I only got three churros, please fix yourself taco bell

  Very few times do I say that a employee creates a memorable AND pleasant experience. The employee was not only helpful, but had a sense of intentionality that displayed that he cared. Thank you Gage, you're a real one.
