I do a weekly pickup at the Pullman location. I've been doing this for several months now and they always get my orders correct. The associates who bring my order to my car are always very pleasant and they always replace items with what I have listed. The only reason for the 4 star is yesterday I needed to fill up a low tire and stopped at the air pump near the gas station. DO NOT USE THIS. First of all its 3$ a use and I tried it multiple times. Secondly it doesn't work - it is a POS. I kept questioning my sanity thinking I had forgotten how to use one. Turns out it isn't me. I ended up going to to Les Schwab (which is free) and they mentioned that they have heard from multiple sources the same story as me. In conclusion the grocery is great. But don't use the air compressor thinking it is conveniently all in the same parking lot because you will end up with less air then when you started.

I had a nice time shopping here getting beer when I worked on the rooftops on these buildings here in Pullman. I like Guinness. huge selection of microbrews too from around the local area. The price is a little high but you get more of a selection than other stores and better stuff. The store had a new feel to it.

I went into Safeway with my autistic daughter and we had a young man named Cash make a sandwich at the deli. What a kind young man. He was so professional and really understanding of my daughters situation. Bravo! Thanks Cash wish there were more like you

I went in to get a flu shot that should be covered by the Veteran Affairs program through in-network community pharmacies. However, the pharmacist told me they didn’t accept it. I explained that VA does cover flu shots at Safeway and even confirmed it online, but she insisted the VA doesn’t cover the cost. I ended up having to drive 30 minutes to Walgreens to get my flu shot instead. Very frustrating experience waiting for 15 to denied.
