  It was an absolute mess I am not one to complain but I waited 50+ minutes for a blizzard and they got all my friends orders wrong after we had to come up to the counter and ask for the food multiple times. They need to hire more staff or something because the staff here seemed to be flustered and we're arguing with each other idek just chaos and it wasn't busy 💀 if you don't have an hour to wait for food probably don't come here

  dirty, unorganized, and the rudest service i have ever experienced. i waited in the lobby for 20 minutes, asked for an update on when my order might be ready and was asked to “step back or leave the store.” i will never be coming back here. i would go as far to say that this place needs an entire new staff or needs to be shut down altogether. they always have some crazy excuse for why things aren’t getting done, just save ur time and money and go to mcdonald’s across the street.

  The dirtiest, most disgusting food establishment I have ever seen. Floors, counters, cupboards, containers, everything covered in ice cream and toppings. Workers don’t wear hair nets and have bare hands covered in food. A walking health code violation.

  Close lobby at 10, meaning doordash drivers have to wait for the slowest line known to man. I'm not paid by the hour, and I swear I lost money with the gas it took idling in that line.

  Don't get me wrong, I love Dairy Queen. But when I tell you there is absolutely NOTHING fast about this Dairy Queen I whole heartedly mean it. Any time I've gone in wheather it's in the drive thru or dine in, the wait is long. I've been the only car and waited 40 minutes for my food. Now, with that said, the food is always hot and fresh so I'll of course always go back. They could also use a good deep clean (especially the drive thru window covered in ice cream), but I like the remodeling they have done in the dining area and menu board.
