  I like Einsteins here, generally. My only frustration is with consistency. Sometimes I'll get an item like avocado toast and it'll have the most miserly amount of avocado on top, not even covering most of the bagel and very thin to boot. For what I'm paying I'd hope I'd get at least a solid amount, as it really does affect the quality of the food. This isn't always a problem, but it is a problem enough of the time that it causes some frustration and makes me unsure if I really want to spend my money there, as I don't know if I'll get something worthwhile or something disappointing. I think it has to be a training thing, dependant on whoever is preparing the food, as sometimes it's great and sometimes it's not.
