  I had tried to give them a second and even third chance, but it's kind of ridiculous to be waiting almost 1 hour while every order that comes in gets theirs first. I had made a mobile order and waited 50 minutes past the pickup time. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, they did have tons of people in the lobby, however I had watched as orders that were made after mine were handed out and I had heard nothing. I had talked to 2 different people, and still had not recieved it. only after being asked after the rush of everyone in the lobby had my order even touched the grill and fryers. I waited another 10 minutes and after all of that, I had gotten the wrong sandwich with cold food. The only benefit I can confidently give is the genuine try to make things right. The shift lead had apologized and did make at least my sandwich fresh. Quite literally the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

  The young man taking orders forgot my food after 20 minutes of waiting and other peoples orders going out I went to counter and ask about my burger& fries drink combo. He said oh it’s right here I guess I forgot to give it to you. It was cold. There was no ice in the machine for my soda and I had to ask for a lid when the young man handed it to me it was covered with some sort of sauce so I then ask for a clean one he was then very rude. I wouldn’t recommend this Dairy Queen it is very much a cluster the kids there running it are more interested in flirting than doing their jobs.

  It was an absolute mess I am not one to complain but I waited 50+ minutes for a blizzard and they got all my friends orders wrong after we had to come up to the counter and ask for the food multiple times. They need to hire more staff or something because the staff here seemed to be flustered and we're arguing with each other idek just chaos and it wasn't busy 💀 if you don't have an hour to wait for food probably don't come here

  dirty, unorganized, and the rudest service i have ever experienced. i waited in the lobby for 20 minutes, asked for an update on when my order might be ready and was asked to “step back or leave the store.” i will never be coming back here. i would go as far to say that this place needs an entire new staff or needs to be shut down altogether. they always have some crazy excuse for why things aren’t getting done, just save ur time and money and go to mcdonald’s across the street.
