- ZZZebrafinchMar 30, 20261.0Stopped at Taco Bell around 2 PM on Monday, March 30th, and encountered what might be the rudest drive-through cashier I’ve ever seen. The employee at the window acted like a bratty teenager forced to interact with humans against her will—eye rolling, acting rushed and annoyed, and slamming the drive-through window shut like she was starring in a dramatic performance about how much she hates customers. The attitude was so over-the-top it was almost comical. If interacting with people is this unbearable, customer service might not be the right career path. Ironically, the food was totally fine, which makes the experience even stranger. Would mention her name, but her name tag wasn’t on or visible. Probably for the best. Easily the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.

I’ve been 5-6 times now in the last year since moving from Seattle, all drive-thru/online orders, and it is consistently accurate, clean, friendly, and generous with add-ons or mods, making them worth the extra $. I don’t usually submit reviews unless the place is remarkably good (or bad) enough to justify the time it takes, especially a fast food spot, but they deserve the praise. Appreciate you, Poulsbo crew.
