  This is seriously the slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to. I don’t know why I continue to give them more chances. I’ve done two pickups with them and the first time I had to wait 15 minutes once I got there for my food and the second time I got a pickup my fiancé waited in line for 30 minutes until i finally went in and he had told me that nobody even acknowledged him. 30 minutes and nobody said a word to him or the people in line behind him until I waved someone down and asked them what was going on. Why offer pickup if you guys can’t have the food ready in less than 15-30 minutes AFTER we are already there. Not to mention the employees are always standoffish and rude. Seriously you could go to a sit down restaurant and eat quicker than this McDonald’s will have a cheeseburger out to you. Anyway, if you’re in Poulsbo and wanting McDonald’s for your lunch break, you could probably get to the McDonald’s in port orchard and back quicker than this McDonald’s could have food ready for you.

  It has to be intentional. Every single time we make an order for pickup over the app something is wrong. Either it's a wrong item, but like today it's a missing item. Usually we notice and have to inside and have to wait 5 - 10 more minutes and have to wave down someone (because they will ignore you because they know they screwed up yet again) to get get it fixed. Today we were in a hurry and missed the fact that my son's pancakes were missing. Well there goes his breakfast. Yet again Poulsbo McD's failed. It's just Poulsbo. Silverdale doesn't screw up orders. We will just start going there every time from now on. You can thank your very inattentive attention to simple detail staff for that. And if you are a member of the public reading this I highly recommend you do the same. It's not that far to go to ensure you get what you ordered and save yourself some frustrations. Either that or go somewhere else entirely. These guys can't even meet minimum standards. They must be doing it on purpose.

  Avoid @ all costs. Against my own better judgement, I got a Double Quarter Pounder value meal. Burger patties were both undercooked, but I'd spent fifteen bucks for the meal so I was damned if I was going to throw it out - so I'll admit that the after effects are partially on me. Ended up with a moderate case of the runs the afternoon after eating the burger. The bar for McD's food quality is on the ground, but the Poulsbo location managed to dig a trench under it.

  I live so close to this McDonalds but at this point I’m driving out to Silverdale if we want McDonalds. I have to wait EVERY single time I’m there! My daughter and I make bets on how long it will be 🤦🏼‍♀️ I was there a few days ago and I waited about 10 minutes at the first window to pay… then I waited another 10 minutes at the second window before they told us to go wait in a parking spot… I sat in that spot for another 15 minutes before I had to just leave without our food because she had school! I couldn’t believe I gave myself an extra half hour and we ended up leaving without our food FOR THE SECOND TIME in a month! I dropped my daughter off at school and even drove back and walked in to try talking to someone and no one came to the front desk… they saw me and just slowly walked past. So ridiculous at this point 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ There’s a lady with glasses that is usually taking our payment at the first window when we go there and she’s always been so great! She wasn’t there that day as far as I could tell….
