What we got was 2 Wendy’s singles(BOTH with onions)/ 4 Chicken Tenders that had OBVIOUSLY been sitting around for a few hours/and a “watered down” Chocolate milkshake🤬🤬🤬!!! I want my $29.13 cents BACK🤬🤬🤬!!!

A young employee named Kalea was fired after a customer complained about being asked the normal and polite question, “Is there anything else I can get for you?”—a standard part of customer service. Even more concerning, management reportedly acted after the customer said he would not return unless she was fired. No employee should lose their job for being courteous and professional. Kalea was doing her job correctly and never should have been terminated. This decision reflects poorly on management and sends the wrong message about how employees are valued and protected. I hope Wendy’s corporate reviews this situation, reinstates Kalea, and ensures fair treatment of employees going forward. Supporting staff when they act professionally is essential to good customer service and community trust. — Tina Cobb
