NICHOLSNov 24, 20251.0I had a bad situation after I purchased a bunch of things from a Safeway 13 mi away being a chain store I thought that I could just go in and return what I had purchased for a vacation that never happened but I was only returning a few of the items out of $200 worth of things after the girl was so rude to me a manager named Lauren she obviously doesn't like dogs my Labrador retriever is very ill and now forced to drive 13 mi and then 13 me back just to return four items I guess I will return everything I purchased and get a full refund as I don't want to deal with Safeway anymore if this is how I am treated after I spent a bunch of money there 0 I feel like suing for discrimination . I'm saying this because the lady who was about to help me return them before the manager walked up said yes the last return we did the price was different because of the other store stating that she had just helped somebody return items with a receipt from another store and they didn't like that their price was different than theirs it sounds to me like these people just don't want to do their real job they want to decide who they give customer service kindness to and who they decide is not socially acceptable in their eyes they profile them and decide that person deserves no customer kindness
