  Your people in the Poulsbo McDonald's have gotten incredibly rude I used to love coming there because there was cheerful service. that does not happen anymore especially today through the drive-thru one female had no reason to be the way she was and I'm sure she was that way with me then she's that way with other customers figure it out it's not the first time in the past couple months

  Service was really slow despite not being that busy, so naturally I was looking forward to receiving fresh, hot food. But the food ended up being super old and barely warm. Pretty terrible experience. I absolutely don’t mind a little wait, but what’s the point if you’re just going to give me old cold food?

  Probably the slowest mcdonalds ive ever been to. Having everyone in the drive through park and wait is bs if i wanted to take this much time to eat id have gone somewhere else the only thing fast is their ability to defer you to wait longer. Update and response to owners response. The link you provided goes to a website that doesnt exsist. So i have no idea how or what you intend to resolve i got a refund because of the horrible service and wait time. The tactics of taking a order and pushing that car off to the side to wait is bs and not fast food. All i ask is you do better and conduct bussiness more honestly instead of taking someomes order and making them wait when they would otherwise expect expedient service as this is a fast food if not thee fast food resteraunt of america. Either way i took my refund to burger kimg got hot food fast and a drink for cheaper. Wont be going to this mcdonalds ever again.

  Did my normal order, got two double cheeseburgers Sprite and happened today. Also got a 10 piece. I did not order my two double cheeseburgers anything special on it. I did curbside, drove away. Start eating my food while driving. Found out there's lettuce and mayonnaise on a normal double cheeseburger that's supposed to have two buns. Two patties. Two things of cheese, mustard mayonnaise, cut up onions and pickles. This really upsets me because this location generally has some of the best double cheeseburgers. I was looking so forward for this but why did I get a wrong order and this has never happened before?

  This is a well managed McDonald's. I've stopped several times and have had no issues with ordering or the food. Clean and well maintained also.
