  Great little hangout, especially if you’re waiting on a ferry. I ended up ordering a Calzone, it was a small but was definitely big enough to fill me up! Overall pretty tasty, I usually try to suggest one thing to make the overall experience better and in this instance I would say maybe just a little more sauce in the calzone. But that’s also just my preference, so take it with a grain of salt! Overall flavor was great, good quantity of “add-ins” and they tasted great too!

  Went to the pizza factory in port townsend the other day for the first time. Great pizza and a pretty cool little arcade for the kids to play in.

  Delicious pizza! Was a bit on the expensive side, but was a great dinner for the family.

  Not busy when we came in. It took a few minutes to be acknowledged at the counter. Ordered a large pizza and salad. Took over 30 minutes to get the pizza. Had to go up and get our own plates which were paper and plastic utensils. Took another 15 minutes to get the salad. The tables are all sticky and there are signs on the tables to ask us to bus our own tables. Clearly management and owners don’t make time to see how the operation is and how customer experience is.

  Ordered XL Factory Special.. this place is awesome! They do not disappoint. Very tasty pizza.
