  I ordered a breakfast sandwich yesterday. I was weeping and overwhelmed. I was a dollar short. Josie, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and seen. She didn't kick me out or even look at all uncomfortable that I was losing my cool and sobbing. That sweet person paid for my sandwich, gave me a smile and reassured me that everything was okay, that I was okay. This was so compassionate. I needed someone to see me and be kind. Josie did just that. Thank you for being the person that helped me survive another day, with simple kindness. She went above and beyond her duties at McDonald's. Thank you Josie.

  The staff at this location is actually a lot better than the one in Sequim. They are nice almost all the time and you can tell they actually care about the service. However, the biggest issue is that this is no longer a 'cheap meal.' ​It gets very expensive very quickly—a family of four can easily spend upwards of $100 here. It’s reached a point where it’s not even fast food pricing anymore, and let’s be honest, it’s not exactly nutritious food. You’re paying $20+ per person for food that isn't the greatest; I’ve heard even their CEO doesn't want to eat it. If you’re going to stop for McDonald’s, this is a good one for the service, but be prepared for the sticker shock at the window.

  Don’t go at night. Everything was fried in old grease. Had a bitter taste. I ordered a Big Mac and it was cold.

  My experience picking up 2 different orders to deliver as a Dasher was so bad I need to share it: Pulled into the drive though and told the employee that I was there to pick up an order, and I was told to pull up to the 2nd window. I did, and sat there unacknowledged for over 5 minutes before I started tapping on the window to make sure I wasn't forgotten about. A guy said something unintelligible about he told me it would be right out, then a minute later he handed me a bag, and said something else unintelligible, and closed the window before I had a chance to ask if the drink was in the bag. So I had to tap on the window again to get someone's attention to ask if the drink was in the bag, and I got a very snotty answer that yes it's in the bag. No sense whatsoever of customer service! Then a half hour later I had another delivery, so I got there a minute before closing but nobody would help me. Hadn't they just made the order? Wasn't it sitting there waiting to be picked up? Unbelievable. This location needs a manager, obviously!!

  Mcdonalds has really deteriorated to a garbage dump and that is the inside where food is prepared. Pictures below are worth a thousand words. Rubbish was everywhere, the whole kitchen area was filthy. The worker looked and was dressed like he just got out of bed, sloppy just like his work place. He was sad, unfriendly, horrible customer service. I wonder with all the filth in this place is anyone really taking the time to wash their hands? I took photos and left without ordering. I will never return to this disgusting rubbish bin. McCrappy used to be clean, friendly, everyone wore clean uniforms, professional service. Not anymore, how sad and the owner replies with canned feedback to negative reviews which is really no feedback. Where is the health department inspections? If you like dining in a dirty dumpster then this the place to eat. Hopefully you have great health insurance.
