I was stolen from by either the employees or door dash. They refused to fix my order. They got my money and refused to give me my food. Door dash refunded my entire order thankfully, but it doesn't excuse the hostile and threatening environment these two employees bring to the establishment. They mentally abuse and berate another employee as well. I would not recommend eating from here unless you want to be stolen from or disrespected by the employees. People may think I am a disgruntled ex employee but I was still supporting the business and getting food from them regularly. It's actually disheartening that this establishment in port Townsend brings severe shame to the subway name.

My husband goes in today (the next Friday) and picks up our online order (should've known to be in person...) because they completely messed up our order in a way I've never seen. They wrote a rude note on the receipt when my husband requested the put the appropriate slices of peppers for the More/Extra option and they wrote "No :)" which was rude! They switched our meats on our sandwiches (I asked for sweet onion teriyaki chicken and they gave me turkey, and my hudband asked for Turkey provolone and he got my chicken. He had to hand pick the meat and switch them which was disgusting but im pregnant and starving. They also didnt give me the extra meat I paid for. My husband said a high schooler with pink hair and piercings gave him the sandwiches. Everytime we've gone in recently, the sandwiches are horrendous. What is going on?? How someone who likes their job maybe?? Needs to be closed DOWN

The guy helping us was so patient and kind, taking his time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Great service and a great vibe — we’ll definitely be back if we are ever back in this area 10/10
