  The French fries were bom, but my Burger was red, I’m getting sick texting this but I can’t eat my meat that way nor did I ask for it to be served that way. I had to throw my food away

  Around 7:30 PM on Wednesday 4/15/26 I went through the drive thru and received amazing service, everyone was kind and helpful. I'm so thankful that these humans exist; I'm sad to say that I didn't get anyone's name. I was distracted and ordered incorrectly and they helped me, worked with me to fix it. Great crew!

  I ordered a salad today and found mold on the cheese. I’m so disappointed because they have been doing such a great job the last couple times I’ve ordered here.

  They did not include my fries, they gave me a small chili instead of a large, they did not put cheese in the chili or include the hot sauce I requested. Nobody answers the phone and I will not order from them again.

  Super disappointed we went to Wendy’s tonight at around 12:30. I’m aware they close at 1 AM, But up until that point we should be served food. We went to get the new frosty, fusions and strange enough. They couldn’t do chocolate and they could not do fusions. She was extremely rude when I said I had a free coupon. And then when I asked for bacon Nader fries, she said she was out of cheese. And that they could only accept cash. After everything she was like will that be it? And kept asking. Like girl I’ll tell you when I’m done. Very disappointed with the service there we didn’t even order. 12/24/26. I work late, so this is the only time that I can come in and I definitely will not be coming back. This service was horrible.
