The overall shopping process feels smooth and efficient, which I truly appreciate. I want to revisit my previous review to include a more recent experience that left me genuinely disappointed. While I still appreciate the efficiency of the checkout process, my last visit fell short of the customer service standard I would expect. I spent over $200 on groceries, and as I finished checking out, I noticed several sales associates and members of management stationed near the guest services desk at the front of the store. Not one person offered to assist me in loading my bags — and I was not alone in that experience. The customer ahead of me, who had an even larger order, was also left without any offer of assistance. For a transaction of that size, a simple gesture of help goes a long way. Customer care should not end at the register. I hope leadership takes note and reinforces a culture where floor staff and management are proactive in serving guests beyond the checkout lane. I remain hopeful that this location will rise to the level of service its customers deserve.
