It tested like left over pizza that got left for days, made us sick. I tried getting ahold of customer service and they were even worse. I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DON’T ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT🤢 Very disappointed. I wouldn’t even give one star if there was an option. I wanted to be able to make it east and feed my family tonight after a long stressful day. So i ordered pizza and we couldn’t even eat it was that bad. Had to go out and buy something else.

I waited almost 30 minutes for my order before they asked me the name on it again. When I told them the name, they pulled it out of the holding hot box, it had been ready the whole time. I also watched the guy working the register wipe his nose and continue making a hawaiian pizza without washing his hands and with no gloves on.
- JMJustin MingelsJan 10, 20261.0Zero customer service, they failed to fill my order as I ordered it, I called, was put on hold and waited for 20 minutes before I had to just go down there and force them to make it, were likely hoping I would just hang up and they could pocket it. They said they were "busy" but last time I checked, if you can't take 20 seconds to take a phonecall for something YOU messed up, then you probably shouldnt be manager because you clearly can't manage. Not to mention they use door dash for delivery so there was no hope of it being even like warm by the time it got to me.
