  I’m 57 years old. I’ve never, ever, had such a sweet, professional person take our order like Jake did on Wednesday, April 1st. This is no April Fools joke either. What a great addition to this McDonalds. Please give him the raise he deserves!

  I typically go to the McDonald’s on Bravo Terrace but I was closer to this one today. That was a mistake. It took 15 minutes to receive my food. Someone had dumped a liter of salt in my burger , you could visibly see all the salt crystals all over the bottom bun making it inedible. They forgot my sweet and sour packet for my daughter’s nuggets and I had to wait an additional 5 minutes for that. No one expects five star service out of McDonald’s, but I at least expect not to get an attitude when I ask where my food is after it’s been 10 minutes of waiting. And if I tell you you forgot my sweet and sour sauce I expect you to get it for me. Not you go back there , chat with an employee, empty out the fries, go chat with another employee and turn around until another customer got your attention. I was trying to go in and eat a quick meal because I had somewhere to be and they made it as inconvenient as possible. Talk to your employees about their service.

  This McDonald's is far faster, nicer, more sanitized and the food tastes better than the one on Sedgwick.

  Stood at the counter for 5+ minutes with the manager making eye contact multiple times, with absolutely zero care in the world. I understand being busy, and it's MCDs, but acknowledge you have seen the customer and are not overtly ignoring them.
