  Everyone in the store couldn’t understand how to make a simple sandwich, all the employees seemed confused, lost and annoyed. Tried to call to talk to a manager the girl that answered refused to give me her name and failed to give me credit like she had promised. Overall terrible establishment would give no stars if I could.

  I had a terrible experience at Jimmy John’s. Me and my girlfriend’s entire order was wrong—literally not a single item was made correctly. On top of that, the bread tasted old, like it had been sitting out way too long. It honestly seemed like they just took ingredients off an old sandwich and threw them onto ours. Even worse, the staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Nobody could give a clear answer about what goes on which sandwich, and it felt completely unorganized. Definitely not coming back after this.

  Always gets my order correct. You would think this should be an easy box to check, but other stores of this franchise always get my order incorrect.
