  i really love the work and people who work at this establishment, it’s honestly fed me so often so it’s really not like a review i’d love to leave but idk it’s just been iffy lately in terms of order accuracy here and there. that’s been a little disappointing, i would feel differently i suppose as well if it was mobile orders or delivery but i went through the drive thru tn and was missing an item. i realize this may sound silly but its just slightly annoying. i really do highly appreciate this store and staff however and will continue to be a frequent patron, thank you in advance 😌

  This is by far the bast taco bell I've been to! My food came really fast and was delicious. They greeted customers as they came in. (They also speak english). Edit: They just gave us free food!

  I put in an online order at 12:05 PM. I order was not ready until 12:22 PM when I got to the Port Orchard location there was nobody making tacos just a guy in the drive-through and a guy at the front cash register wondering why no food is being made while I’m sitting there with two other customers turns out as we’re discussing that no one is making food. They were all in the office in the back talking, not sure what they were Doing but they weren’t making food. I put in an online order because I only get 30 minutes for lunch. Timing is everything. This was terrible service and I didn’t get to eat my lunch. I had to throw it out Because I didn’t get to eat them on my lunch break so by the time I ate my tacos, they were soggy and I just threw them away. This is terrible terrible service. I don’t know what they were all doing in the office. I did see two people wearing gloves in the office and they came out to make tacos and didn’t change their gloves.

  Honestly crazy that I can expect my food to either be sloppily made or missing something every time I come to this location. It’s insane the consistent lack of quality or care they put into their food service. It’s been years of this. If you want Taco Bell don’t go here. The belfair location is way better. I’m so tired of being super excited to get Taco Bell then just regretting it bc these people can’t make your food properly if their lives depended on it.

  As a person who gets off late from work and the only thing open nearest to my apt is Taco Bell, who says they're open until 4... they won't serve you because you dont have a car. I understand the safety issue but I dont understand how that may be different from a car order. Idk maybe just have instore/in-person hours as well as drive thru hours. I was so sad I couldn't get any food after a long day and a long walk to get home. I did call first, offered to pay through the app, but I respected they're rules, just disappointed... not going to eat there even though they're right there.
