The overall shopping process feels smooth and efficient, which I truly appreciate. That said, it can be difficult to find assistance when needed. On my recent visit, there wasn’t an available employee on the floor to help locate items, and I ended up asking the manager in the fresh meat department for assistance. The employees assigned to retrieve carts were in line checking out, and a few team members I passed did not acknowledge me. Overall, it’s still a positive experience because of the convenience and fast checkout. I hope to see improved floor support and customer engagement in the future.
