I waited almost 30 minutes for my order before they asked me the name on it again. When I told them the name, they pulled it out of the holding hot box, it had been ready the whole time. I also watched the guy working the register wipe his nose and continue making a hawaiian pizza without washing his hands and with no gloves on.

They said they were "busy" but last time I checked, if you can't take 20 seconds to take a phonecall for something YOU messed up, then you probably shouldnt be manager because you clearly can't manage. Not to mention they use door dash for delivery so there was no hope of it being even like warm by the time it got to me.
