They said they were "busy" but last time I checked, if you can't take 20 seconds to take a phonecall for something YOU messed up, then you probably shouldnt be manager because you clearly can't manage. Not to mention they use door dash for delivery so there was no hope of it being even like warm by the time it got to me.
