The fries are ALWAYS cold, no matter what time of day you order. The only reason I keep ordering is because unfortunately my kid enjoys the food. I mean how hard is it to add a straw to a bag. For it to be missing every single time is a little absurd.

While waiting I observed a member of staff kindly assisting a non-english speaker with their order. Such service!

She wasnt able to offer alternatives. Furthermore, she yelled that she wasnt able to hear me due to her headset. I feel this poorly reflects mcdonalds as this was the first person I had spoken with. I was asked to pull around since my food was not ready yet. It then took three separate employees to get me my drinks as each one had to be reminded that I had drinks. Overall I would say this was not a pleasant experience evenif the food was as expected.
