- MAMelissa ArredondoDec 13, 20251.0I noticed that they took extra money out of my account for a bigger tip… I would absolutely tip my driver or worker nicely if they brought it out to me but for them to take more money out of my account and tip themselves more because they were unhappy with what I gave them is wrong (I placed an online order and went inside to pick up my order so expecting a 25% for doing your normal job when you’re wage is not tip reliant is crazy) and I absolutely recommend taking pictures of your receipts and monitoring your account after buying from here

The register gal was nice, had a good positive energy. The store looked clean but I wasn't looking very throughly for specs or whatever. Alot of parking if your waiting for your order. Oh and they are quick on the tossing, turning, flipping, ripping, lol making the pizza. I only had 1 negative time were they put onions on the pizza apparently the person I was with didn't like onions but she should of told them that as well. Anyways all good 👍
- AMAmanda MeissnerSep 20, 20251.0I went to pick up pizzas for my son's 10th birthday, as he has a specific type that he really likes. I had already placed my order and even have a screenshot of it. However, when I got home and looked at the pizzas, I noticed that my son's pizza had pepperoni on it, which was not what I had ordered. I called the restaurant to discuss the issue, but the person I spoke with argued with me and insisted that I was wrong and had ordered the wrong pizza. They put me on hold for quite a while, and by the end of the call, they refused to replace my son's pizza or take a new order over the phone even if I paid for the order. They stated that it was my fault and would not accommodate my request, leaving me with no option but to order from another location. In the end, I had to go pick up the pizza that my son actually likes from a different location. This was by far the worst service I have ever received at either of the two Domino's locations in my town. The level of rudeness I experienced was truly unacceptable.

But I suggested Domino's. Ordered and picked up in person. EXTREMELY COLD pizza. And ages not happy. Other than that GREAT service when I walked in. Me great very nice personel. I'm a beverage manager myself for many many many years. Great team from my small interaction. But pizza killed it. We will not ever go back. One good customer lost. Sir we're no big deal to Domino's. But apologize felt we had to share. Just before I got send on this review. My wife spit out a bite of her pizza which was olives and mushrooms. She spit out a hard something that hurt her tooth. Not cool Domino's on Sedgwick.
