  Asked for a medium then they gave me a small and charged me for the medium twice now. When I finally got the mocha frappe with extra chocolate and they only filled my drink halfway.

  Went there specifically for Pokémon cards. They said they didn't have them, and probably won't be doing them. Food was as expected, and my body regretted later. Plus side- they have a playplace for the kids. My boy loves it..

  Drive through order. Did not receive correct burger. Asked for double quarter pounder. When I pulled up to pay, I was asked if I had the quarter pounder meal, I repeated double quarter pounder meal. Having verified what I wanted I did not check my bag. I drove to a quiet area with a view to eat, only to find a quarter ponder. Looked at my receipt and it was what I was charged for, but not what I ordered and not worth driving back for a correction. I will not use this McDonald's again.

  I am a Door Dasher, and had an oder to pick up at 11:45pm Saturday, Feburary 28th. And it was busy. Which happens around noon. However, the Manager's answer was to ignore the people in the lobby waiting on their orders amd focus ONLY on drivethrough. After being there for 10 minutes I started grumbling, and people began talking. One woman had been there longer than me and had only ordered a frappachino. Another lady was missing a cup, but she got tired of waiting and stepped behind the counter and grabbed it after failing to get the manager's attention several times. What pushed me to write this was the guy who had waited 10+ minutes with me to get his meal. He came back because they'd missed an item. He tried to get the manager to help him. He ignored him. I tried. He ignored me. And Mr. Manager wasn't doing anything but walk around the stations trying to look busy. I finally stepped behind the counter and called to a employee with my "manager" voice -- I worked several years as an assistant manager at Little Ceasars.-- and said loudly, "This Gentleman is missing an item from his order." She got him his milk. I finally got my Dash order after near 15 minutes of waiting. And there were people in line Longer than me who were still waiting when I left. One more thing: I had two more dashes to McDinalds. 1:30 and 2pm. And it was still crazy busy, but organized. My guess is someone came on shift and took over. Find out who they are. They know their stuff. BUT-- McDonald's, you need to do an inspection at noon, Saturday, and make sure that this is not a pattern. Thank you.
