  I love Wendy’s - their customer service is great. Owen is The Man. Dad jokes and delivers crispy fries. 10/10 experience. God bless Owen, God bless Wendy’s, and God bless America. Also food was delicious I highly recommend

  The slowest wendys.... ever. We have gone multiple times and always end up waiting longer than you works expect. Especially at breakfast.

  This is the slowest place Ive ever ate at. Horrible Ive gone through the Drive thru and inside I will never go back here

  To start this review, I'm a regular at this Wendy's. We come here at least once a week, sometimes twice if my family is busy. We're regular enough that some employees know my face and name, so hopefully this is taken seriously coming from someone who comes often and is friendly. I usually order on mobile. First, the good: * Consistency - I have a kid with ARFID and a kid who's a more general picky eater. Consistency is extremely important for them, and that's part of the reason we come here. * Staff - people are friendly! There's at least one person I swap jokes with at the drive thru, and everyone else usually has a smile on their face. * Cleanliness - the restaurant inside is usually quite clean when we go in there, so that's a huge positive. Here's the bad part, and it's almost entirely this one thing: waiting!!! I'm not sure what's going on here, if there is some kind of inefficiency in the system or what, but the waiting time can be pretty bad. Almost every time I go through the drive thru I have to pull up or to the side and wait. This is usually for nuggets. It's even worse if I order on the app for dine-in - one time my order was basically forgotten about until someone asked if I had been helped and I had to show them my receipt, just to find out someone had put our food to the side. I'd like to not have to pull to the side every time I come through and get food, and I'd rather not get forgotten about just because I order for dine-in on mobile with my kid. Even just now - it's December 26th at 5:45, and I went through 20 minutes ago - there was someone else pulled up in front of me waiting, and then I had to pull into a parking spot to wait. I actually got my food before the other car, but they were there when I got there and when I left. Yeesh. If we can upgrade that one thing, I'll give it a 5* rating. I really don't think it's necessarily about people working faster - they bust their asses in there - I think it might be a team and efficiency thing.
