If I was a business owner, I would be embarrassed at the level of unprofessionalism and lack of care that this place shows on a consistent basis. Over the past few years, it's just gotten worse and worse. Most of the time, the order is wrong. Most of the time, you're waiting for 15-20 minutes for a single item. If you try to tell them they screwed your order up, there's a good chance the employees will argue with you and refuse to listen to what you're saying. Sometimes, they'll forget about the drive thru entirely and leave customers sitting in their cars waiting for extraordinary amounts of time. Once, they were just randomly closed in the middle of the day with no explanation. I stood in the lobby for at least ten minutes with no employee in sight today, just waiting to have them fix an incorrect order. At 3pm on a Saturday, there was just nobody at the counter. I don't know if management just completely gave up on this location, but the few employees I've seen looks dead behind their eyes. And it isn't like this everywhere - just in Port Angeles. I really wish whoever is in charge of this location would do an overhaul of management and revitalize it, because they've destroyed whatever it could have been. Good leadership would do wonders, but apparently nobody cares enough.
