  Ordered a burger and they wanted an extra .50 for a sandwich bun on my burger. I thought it was a fancier bun so i declined but when my burger arrived it was nothing more than a super thin patty with some lettuce sprinkled on and a tomato slice. Next thing they’ll do is advertise with a full-on picture of a burger and then charge extra for the actual burger and then extra for the tomato and lettuce too If you don’t pay extra they’ll just give you an empty container. I’m done with this place

  My sister and her coworkers went to this Wendy’s today 2/23/26 to have breakfast on their lunch break. They all ordered and only her two coworkers received their food. My sister never received her food, the employees in the restaurant decided to go to the back to have a “ meeting” and nobody was in the front counter for a good 20 minutes. My sister decided that after waiting 20+ minutes for her meal she was going to get a refund. They finally came back up front and gave her a refund. She didn’t even get to eat anything for her lunch break due to the lack of employees and not knowing how to do their job. I definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND eating here or wasting your time. They take forever to give you your food and can’t even give you your whole order when there’s only 3 customers in the restaurant. Very shitty customer service. Will be calling corporate and reporting this store due to their customer service. (Only leaving a review because she is back on the clock and can’t at the moment)
