They ask "is it okay to put sour cream on you food" then charge you extra for each item they add it to without letting you know it costs money for it. That's not how you upsale taco bell do better.

The food was awful, the employees dont care and it shows. Thats why they cant even manage to be a 4 star chain. Soggy tacos and the crunch wrap was pathetic. Id be embarrassed to work there

As someone who visits Taco Bell at least once or twice a week in Pullman Wa, the experience I had at the road 68 Taco Bell has me so happy I don’t live here anymore. I ordered on the app for an in store pick up for my family spending around 50 dollars. Upon pick up I was sure to count how many items were in the order so I could quickly look through the bag to ensure everything was there. After brining the bag out to the car and realizing we were missing one item I did a scan of what that item might have been. I went back inside and explained that I had picked up the large order and was missing my chicken stacker (I knew this because a stacker comes in a completely different package than anything else we ordered) the employee asked me to bring back in all 3 bags of food so he himself could locate the item. I complied and grab the bags, after he looked through them and confirmed I was missing exactly what I said I was missing he said he would go make it. I let him know the item was customized and we had paid to substitute the regular chicken for the slow roasted shredded chicken. He then asked me to get out my phone so he could confirm I paid for the upgrade. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced! He didn’t believe a thing I was saying! After getting my order corrected and finally making it home to eat we found that the few items that were customized were not made correctly. We had a bean burrito and asked for no onions…the burrito had onions. We paid extra to add fiesta strips and did not receive them. We ordered a meal that came with supreme tacos to find that they were made as normal tacos. Worst Taco Bell experience ever! And rudest employee I’ve ever encountered which is saying something cause I myself worked in fast food for years!

Missing 3 out of 7 burritos. Is it that hard to read?

Taco Bell food is fairly consistent, restaurant to restaurant. This one did good on the food. To be honest, we don't come here for the quality of the meat, we come here for speed, convenience, and the fire sauce. We ordered a total of 10 burritos/tacos and we ask for enough fire sauce to cover ten burritos/tacos. (maxed out at 15) and so we added two hot sauce to make sure everyone has enough to be happy. We get our food, get back to the job site, and divvy out the food. We got two hot sauces and NO fire sauce. Really?! Do better. There are a lot of places to eat, if you can't give us what we ask for, we will not even miss you taco bell.
