Went into check out, had to get rid of an item and the only two workers there were on their phones, they had looked at us many times as one walked away and then the other came towards us, very unprofessional and rude as we had been asking for help as well…

Went to the store and I honestly hate how they have it set up. Checking out you no longer have any room to put your groceries and leaving the check out to many things are blocking your way. I went I was told I could buy their frosting in their bakery. No you can not just buy frosting.
I’m not sure if you could’ve done it before they changed it from Albertsons, but I definitely rather have that store back than what we have now very disappointed in Up

Open Christmas day and the staff was super helpful. Out of Vanilla Bean Ice Cream in the display. I asked an employee if he could look in the back room. He said wasn't his area? BUT he told the Manager (Jack) and in a matter of 3 - 4 minutes he had around 20 half gallon which he gave me two. That is not my closest grocery store but it will be my first grocery store.

The sales prices aren't correct like half the time when it comes time to ring them up, very annoying. Especially since this is a more expensive store. The older Hispanic woman with grey colored hair and glasses ISN'T the friendliest, she's very short with me doesn't even say anything really when you need help but she sure is nice to Hispanic customers. Just something I've been noticing the past year or so. And neither is the middle aged white guy that always wears a mask half off his face, he's been a smartass to me on more than one occasion which I do not appreciate. The only employees who are very friendly that work the self checkout area are the two older white ladies (one with colored/gray hair and the other with longer Carmel colored curls) and the mid 30s looking Hispanic guy. The white guy late 30s looking is the friendliest employee, he's always saying hi. It's also really obnoxious to have all the carts in the isles when people are trying to shop. I'm not sure why Safeway couldn't have the stockers come in earlier in the morning to do this or even later at night.
