- VRVictor RodriguezDec 28, 20251.0This is possibly the worst Pizza Hut I have ever dealt with. Pizzas are super dry wings are chewy. The employees are always disheveled and dirty. Dirty clothes, no hairnet. They get the order wrong every time. Seems like something is always missing even though I had to pay extra for marinara they forget to throw it in. Just overall seems like there is no accountability from management and anything goes at this location. Can’t understand how they sit at 4 stars. Hopefully owners read this and do something, but I doubt it. Seems to be the way of the world these days. Nobody believes in hard work anymore.

Personal pan was also cold and hard!! Normally fresh and super hot! On top of that, my order was 11 minutes late…and they’re usually never late. They’re service has unfortunately been going downhill. I will start buying elsewhere. Notice delivery supposed to be by 5:06….I got it at 5:17 and I took the picture at 5:18.
