Personal pan was also cold and hard!! Normally fresh and super hot! On top of that, my order was 11 minutes late…and they’re usually never late. They’re service has unfortunately been going downhill. I will start buying elsewhere. Notice delivery supposed to be by 5:06….I got it at 5:17 and I took the picture at 5:18.
