I had one order where it was just missing a couple nuggets, just a small problem, but then Ana who took my call took care of everything and even gave extra due to her own volition. She is a great person and even better managing the place!

What’s the point of ordering a head of time if I’m doing the same thing that people come to order from here are getting faster service?? When I got home my daily double was not stopped all the way and all the lettuce and tomato was in the bag and my burger was not even wrapped like someone just grabbed paper and threw it in with the burger?! Wtaf?
