- SCSandra CamposOct 30, 20251.0Lobby service was awful the lobby was full of customers all employees are behind a wall and never come out, customers had to lien over the counter to yell for service But thier sign says “ need help ask a crew member” when the employee was calling out the order number they don’t make eye contact to avoid being ask for additional assistance this made every order take longer because we still had to ask for the drink cups Obviously every order was a combo meal which the cups aren’t at the kiosk or a crew member to ask. Since the cups aren’t available why are they not providing with the order. It was frustrating needing to find someone else 5 minutes later and it was for every order in the lobby. My food was super cold like drive thru order were more important to hand out than the lobby orders. Never again will I go to this location
