Canceling orders when we see a long line is really frowned upon by the apps, so we have no real choice except taking the hit to our pay. I got lucky that the 3 cars in front of me had quick easy orders and my 2 orders were ready to go. So kudos for having a great team.

Every time I stop in, I’m told the same thing: “It’s still not working.” This isn’t just a one-off issue — it’s been consistently unavailable with no sign of urgency to fix it. If you're going to offer fresh juice as part of your menu, basic equipment like a juicer should be maintained. This feels like pure neglect at this point. I’ve come here specifically for carrot juice, and it’s always a letdown. Maybe it’s time for the regional manager to step in and take a hard look at what’s going on at this location — it’s giving the brand a bad name.
